1. Carly was sitting on the couch inside her apartment when she suddenly shrinks down to a small size, just before Sam bursts through the door without knocking, as if she lived there, turning Carly into some unwilling padding for her butt when she takes a seat on the couch.
2. Carly shrinks while seemingly alone in the Icarly Studio. However, before she can identify the cause on her own, two loud sounds erupt from behind her, forcing Carly to turn to the sight of a gigantic Mandy Valdez, who is responsible for shrinking Carly.
3. While Shelby Marx is back in town, Carly tries to surprise her with a visit. However, an unforeseen circumstance leads Carly to be shrunk to the size of a bug moments before the fighter returns.
4. Carly somehow ends up shrinking in the halls of Ridgeway, finding herself in Sam's path on her way to Carly's locker, she tries to outrun Sam's stomping feet but only makes it far enough to fall under a hole in her converse, landing her under Sam's socked foot inside her shoe.
