Harry miscasts and changes himself.

Harry had decided to take some time to practice his spell work while he had the chance. Sitting on his bed, he glanced down at the transfiguration textbook in front of him. He was supposed to change something into an inanimate object for the assignment and then right one page on the process. He pushed up his glasses and began to cast the spell.

However, he wasn't completely sure on something so he took a quick glance down while still doing the wand movements. That was a mistake. Before he could even look up, his wand went off launching the spell at himself. His last thought that went through his mind before the lost consciousness was, 'I hope this is an easy fix.'
