Peter looked around with wide eyes, staring out across the landscape that was visible. All he could see was brown and dark gray as far as the eye could see. Rubbing his arms, he turned in all the directions trying to get an actual idea as to where he was. It was only when he looked up and in the distance he could see the now massive sign announcing the Daily Bugle.
Peter couldn't help but groan to himself. He should never have stopped on the Bugle's roof, it was just another unnecessary stop that took more time, and now he was really paying for it. He rubbed his arms and wrapped them around himself to try and get some warmth. Now that he knew where he was Peter knew there was no chance of finding anything for him to where up here. Thank small mercies for his stronger constitution otherwise he would probably already be a goner out here in the wind naked.
Shaking his head, this wasn't the time for such thoughts. He slowly crawled down his jeans (absently glad he had been wearing civilian clothes as they were easier to replace than his Spider-suit) and hopped on the roof of the Bugle. Now he just needed to figure out what his next step should be, as he observed his surroundings.
1. The door: Peter figures he should be able to make it under the door and into the Daily Bugle easy enough. However, he will need to watch out for people and objects.
2. Starts walking towards the sign: A better vantage point might help figure out his situation, is Peter's thought. Yet many things can happen as he heads towards the sign. There is quite the distance that he needs to travel.
3. Goes back in the clothes: Freezing to death is not something Peter wants to experience. At least if he stays in his clothing he knows that he will be warm. Smoke breaks do happen though intermittently on the roof, meaning that Peter's clothes might be up for grabs.
4. Startlement: Peter is shocked when the door opens revealing a giant/giantess. Who is is arriving on the roof before Peter can make a decision?
