Big Girl/Small Boys: Either a universe where girls are naturally bigger than boys or where boys are naturally smaller. But how big of a difference is there between the two genders? And how are boys treated in these universes? As equals... or as lesser?
Marco's Stunted Growth: Everything is exactly the same in this universe... except Marco never got his growth spurt and has been small and short his whole life. But, how small is he?
Size Powers: If the existence of magic has shown us anything, it's that anything can be possible. In this universe, someone has the power to changes sizes. Either their own or of others. Who could it be? Maybe Marco himself? Or is it a universal power for girls?
Big Mewni: Similar to the first option, but in this case it is the women of Mewni that are huge, while the women of Earth are regular sized.
