"Maybe I should've listened to Star." Marco groaned as he realized his biggest problem. He was sent to an entirely different world, perhaps way more different compared to those he had been through with his friend. Everywhere he looked had people walking around, they almost looked human but had pointy ears and some even had an extra eye. In fact there were other creatures moving around the small town that looked very much different, some were tall, others had a whole mouth for a face, and some of them just flew in the air.
"What is this place?" Like many curious people, he asked this out loud while getting the impression that he was in grave danger due to his size and how he was in the middle of the floor where people barely paid attention to the ground they stepped on. In fact, he had to move away from a giant boot that almost squashed him as he started to run. He luckily avoided the other giants who stomped or almost crushed him in their path but he wasn't out of danger, he needed to get somewhere safe.
As he ran, he got a glimpse of the few markets around selling unusual items, more creatures and even some wearing a sort of patrol uniform, but there was also something that got his attention. Some of the citizens were able to form a glowing circle from their fingers and magic formed whether it was fire, or even plant magic. If there was any hope that Marco needed to find a way out of this world, perhaps the sign of magic was enough to do that. Unfortunately he still had to worry if Star knew where he was or even if she could make it here.
His worrying was enough to distract him as he bumped right into a giant shoe. He fell on his rear and looked up to the giant girl who didn't seem to have noticed him, and the giant turned out to be...
