Ronnie Anne went from eating her chips to watching television very quickly. Little did she know that her friend, Lincoln, was currently sitting in her bag of potato chips just waiting for the right moment to escape. He came pretty close to getting grabbed along with Ronnie Anne's chips a few times, but right now, this was his only window of opportunity to escape from his snack-filled prison.
There were still lots of big chips in the bag and Lincoln was hardly that much bigger than any of them. Even some of the broken chips were still bigger than his current height of half an inch. If Lincoln was going to find a way out, then this would be his only chance. Since the bag was still right next to Ronnie Anne and standing up on one side, Lincoln began by trying to tip the bag over and make it fall horizontally so he could crawl out of it.
However, since he was still so tiny, Lincoln's efforts barely made a difference. He kept trying to run over the chips as fast as he could and ram the other end of the bag with enough force to make it tip over. Unfortunately, all he did was bump into the wall and could hardly apply enough force at all. Lincoln tried and tried again, but after a few seconds, he grew too tired to continue and instantly lost his balance again as he felt the bag moving.
His time was up as Ronnie Anne grabbed the bag and held it in front of her again. "Oh man. Not now!" Lincoln panicked. He saw Ronnie Anne's giant hand reach into the bag again and quickly jumped to the far end of the wall to avoid it. Lincoln backed against the wall of foil as much as he could and watched in terror as Ronnie Anne resumed eating the chips. He saw her hand rise and fall into the bag again and again, taking one chip after another into her massive mouth.
Lincoln then looked up at her hand and saw that it was coming dangerously close to him. He would've tried to get out of its way but he didn't have a lot of time as it was descending too fast for him to move. He thought that was going to be it for him until he saw that it suddenly came to a stop right in from of him. Lincoln then breathed a sigh of relief as Ronnie Anne's hand quickly retreated from him and he felt her put the bag back down.
"Whew. That was a close one." Lincoln sighed. But then, he heard another voice from outside the bag. It seemed that someone else had entered the living room and caused Ronnie Anne to stop what she was doing to take notice of them. Lincoln wasn't sure if he should feel lucky to be alive right now, though, since Ronnie Anne was still holding the bag. The only question was who was it that entered her apartment.
