Ok how about this premise: Arthur asks DW to treat him like a baby for 24 hours, film it and upload it to YouTube because people being treated like babies is the newest viral trend among all of the kids at Lakewood Elementary School. However, unbeknownst to Arthur, DW decides to take this baby treatment a little bit too far and twist it a little bit for her liking
