John spills the glue on accident

In his hurry, he accidentally knocks over the glue and it spills over the hardwood floor.

He looks at the time and realizes that she is going to be here in a second. “Oh shit, oh shit! Um, okay, I’ll run and grab some paper towels real quick befor-“

DING DONG, the doorbell rang as if it was mocking John.

“Damn it, she’s here. I have to warn her.”, he said panicking as he walked to the door. He opened it and there stood Thalia, a beautiful girl who was his age (18) and has black hair with blue tints in it. John And her has been dating for over three months now. She is wearing her favorite T-shirt of a band she likes, a pair of black leggings, her flip-flops which also was black, and her nails, both fingernails and toenails her painted a light blue.

“Hey, babe!”, Thalia said happily as she kisses him on his lips. “H-Hey Thalia!”, he said nervously as he looked at the area that the glue spilled at.

“I have something to tell you real quic-“, he began to say.

“You will NOT believe my day.”, she inadvertently cut him off. “Work was an entire mess so I’m glad you texted me when you did.”, she happily smiled as she walked in. “I need to sit down, haven’t had much of a chance to sit down today.”, she said exhaustedly as she walked to the couch, the quiet house being suddenly filled with the sounds of Thalia’s feet slapping against her flip-flops until John suddenly..

“Wait, Thalia WAIT!!”, John yells out and Thalia yelps..
