Looking at the different options you found a series of different tunnels akin to the one you were in to get to Peach's lungs. From the options presented, the icons on the signs were pretty straight-forward. Food leads to the stomach, the lightning bolt sends you to the brain, and the heart leads to... well, the heart. But one sign caught you off-guard as to what it could mean. It had a cradle on it, and while you had your suspicions as to what it could mean, you still ultimately decide to check it out just to see where it leads.
By the time you managed to travel through the transport tunnel, everything became clear as you entered the spacious, pink organ. That cradle sign meant "nursery," and where else would a nursery be located except Princess Peach's royal womb. Well, it's less you ended up in the womb and instead in the ovaries, filled with numerous, sleeping egg follicles that are volatile, and filled with the fresh genes of the Toadstool Princess. You were curious if being in this size meant that you can interact with the cells, perhaps maybe even give Peach an heir/ess?
