You would rather not mess with the plot of the game, as it is perfectly fine the way it is. It would be more ideal to add on after the true pacifist ending to make it feel more natural. At this point, ANYTHING could happen. And because this takes place on the surface, you can make other humans taller as well. Take a human character from an AU, another fan story, or make your own human. Sky's the limit to your human creation, but not to their height, so have at it.
