Frisk runs into the pellets, injuring herself

Frisk was willing to do what Flowey said to do. She had always wanted to grow stronger, and if these ‘friendliness pellets’ held the answer for doing so, she was going to jump on that opportunity.

Frisk saw some pellets surround her, and she reached out to touch them. Then she felt an incredibly sharp pain. When she forced herself to stand up, she felt an incredible pain she hadn’t ever felt before. Chara looked at Frisk, concerned. I should have stepped in. Chara thought to herself. I shouldn’t have let her catch those pellets.

Chara then snapped out of her thoughts and looked at Flowey, who was grinning like a maniac. “You IDIOT!” Flowey exclaimed. “In this world, it’s KILL OR BE KILLED!”

Frisk grimaced. She had been such a naive fool to trust Flowey. Now, she could potentially die here.

Flowey continued. “Why would ANYONE pass up an opprotunity like this?” Chara began panicking as she saw white pellets surround Frisk. I can’t lose Frisk this early! Chara thought to herself, panicking.

Flowey smugly grinned at Frisk. “Die,” he said.

Frisk had largely resigned herself to her fate. Well, guess this is how I die. Frisk thought to herself. She looked on as the pellets began to close in, and she closed her eyes, waiting for her death.

This death did not come, because when the pellets touched Frisk, she opened her eyes. She suddenly felt incredibly better. She looked at Chara. She looked about as confused as Frisk was. She turned to Flowey, who’s face was a mixture of confusion and anger.

Then, a fireball came out of nowhere and knocked Flowey away. Frisk noticed a female goat walk up to where Flowey was.

“Such a twisted creature,” the goat began, “tormenting such innocent youth.” The goat offered a hand towards Frisk. “My name is Toriel, caretaker of the ruins.” Frisk wasn’t sure how to feel about this goat person.
