How does he get involve with pregnancy?

1- Dexter wanted clones as extra hands around the lab so he uses the females around him as surrogates.

2- Dexter accidentally invents an item or device that releases the inner lust of his and a female around him leading to constant mating and reproducing

3- As revenge for her constantly destroying his lab, Dexter makes something that will cause Dee Dee to become pregnant. Either using himself and causing trouble in her womb or using his DNA to life inside her and monitor how she struggles.
