A curious group of Lilliput boys are walking the beach one day when they come across a large figure washed up on shore. It soon becomes clear to them that what they found is not only human but also a woman.

Her father originally brought to the Indian subcontinent as a soldier moved up the ranks and eventually became a high ranking member of The British East Indian Trading Company. Neera also followed in her father's footsteps and quickly became a highly valued trader and voyager. When Neera's father tasked her with a trip to search for quicker trade routes the trip turns disastrous as ship gets caught in a storm with Neera being the only survivor. At the mercy of the waves Neera ends up on the beaches of Lilliput. Neera's marooning is about to throw the whole island into chaos. Because of her military upbringing Neera does whatever she has to to survive. Unaware of her cousin's previous time on the island Neera acts brash taking whatever she wants with little regard for the Lilliputs around her. Her nature and appetites soon become a huge burden on the people. And there are talks of fighting back. Will the savvy tradeswoman be able see the island and it's inhabitants as more than just resources and valuable commodities?

When news of his disappearance at sea she is inconsolable and refuses to accept what other's are telling her that he is dead. She funds and organizes a rescue party and is adamant that she be on the ship. Unfortunately one evening Jane walks the deck alone unable to sleep when a rogue wave hits the ship causing her to fall over broad. Jane wakes up the next morning only to be surrounded by tiny boys. How will Jane react to her new discovery. Perhaps can she replace the loss of her son with one of the tinies? What will happen when she learns they drove her son off the island?
