Todd is a ten-year-old orphan who loved Disney movies and cartoons. He lost his parents in a car crash during a heavy downpour and was sent to a local orphanage. One night, he saw a shooting star and wished to be taken away from the orphanage and sent into a Disney animated movie or cartoon. Then he felt into a deep sleep and woke up an inch and a half tall.
