Kaiju Girl Island: A boy is shipwrecked and finds himself on a tropical island which turns out to be populated by giant women and girls who are part human and part kaiju. Some of these kaiju women are vicious predators, but others are gentle enough to take the boy in and care for him.

Family Growth: A boy's family are in a freak accident with chemicals or radiation, and his female family members grow into huge giantesses! This changes his life in all kinds of ways.

Life with Giantess Superheroes: A boy lives with a team of giant superheroines who all possess amazing powers in addition to their gigantic size. Either one of the giant heroines is his mother, or they adopted him after he lost his real parents in a disaster that the giant heroines rescued him from.

Abducted by Giantess Aliens: A lonely boy is beamed aboard a spaceship full of giant female aliens. They might want to probe him and experiment on him, or they might want to adopt him as a cute little earthling pet.
