Sharon set back in her seat and laughed softly as she self consciously patted her food baby. "Well I will not say no to dessert" she said with a smile.
Steve then waved their server over and asked for their dessert menu. "Order whatever you would like" he said as Sharon was handed the dessert menu. After looking it over for a bit, she handed it back to the server, and asked for a slice of chocolate cake. "I love chocolate everything" she admitted to Steve.
"So are the Sokovia accords really happening?" Sharon asked Steve as they waited for her slice of cake.
"Yeah and I am thinking of taking some time off" Steve said.
"Really?" Sharon asked, unable to hide her surprise. "And what would you do with all that free time?" she asked. She thanked the server when he brought over her slice of cake that came with chocolate ice cream.
"Well I can use it to wine and dine you more. Of course, I would like you to take some more time off too if I did so" Steve pointed out.
"I could agree to that" Sharon said as she started on her dessert. Despite being full, she had a big sweet tooth, and once she started eating, she couldn't stop. Steve noticed this with great delight.
"So it's settled then? We are both taking some time off and spending more time together?" Steve asked with a hopeful smile.
"Yes we are. Just don't make me fat from all the wining and dining" Sharon said with a giggle. She wasn't opposed to gaining a few pounds and getting curvy like her Aunt Peggy but she did not want to get fat.
When she finished eating, Sharon sat back in her seat, truly stuffed, and gently rubbed her swollen food baby. "Mm, that was all so good. Thank you for treating" she said as Steve paid.
"It was my pleasure. Let me walk you back to your hotel" Steve said. "Thanks" Sharon nodded in agreement.
It was a short walk back to her hotel and he followed her up to her room. "Thanks again for dinner Steve" Sharon said sweetly as she leaned in and gave him a soft kiss on the lips.
It was a welcome surprise for Steve who kissed her back. "So can I see you tomorrow?" he asked after the kiss broke.
"Of course. Call me" Sharon said sweetly before going into her room.
