Jack thought that if he went in Bridgette's back pocket, he wouldn't be able to get her attention very easily and if he went in her jeans, Bridgette would think he was an itch and accidentally retire him. Thus, the best decision was to just make a second attempt at climbing her.
Making sure to take extra precaution in his second attempt, Jack began his ascent of Bridgette. Grabbing tightly on the backo of her white tank top, Jack shifted from her jeans on to there. Although Bridgette was moving rather briskly, Jack had no problems climbing from there. Once he made it up to her shoulder, Jack tried getting Bridgette's attention.
"Bridgette! Hey, Bridgette! It's Jack! Look at your shoulder!" Jack bellowed. It seemed to have no effect as Bridgette kept walking. Instead of yelling again, Jack then began climbing her neck to get closer to her ear, but along the way, Bridgette jolted and Jack was sent careening down her front. As he sprawled his body trying to grab onto any nook and cranny on her neck, Jack peered below to see what course he was heading on. But on his way down, Jack hit an inconsistency on Bridgette's shirt which caused him to sporatically change directions and start falling down Bridgette's side, toward the water bottle Bridgette was carrying.
Taking advantage of this new opportunity, Jack grabbed on to the lid of Bridgette's water bottle and once again held on like his life depended on it, because it probably did. None too later after Jack grabbed on to the lid did Bridgette nonchalantly bring the bottle up to her lips to take a sip. She grabbed Jack in the process of taking off the lid and was startled.
"What the-- is that a person?".
Jack was ecstatic hearing those few words. "Yes, Bridgette! It's me, Jack!". Bridgette was flabbergasted. "Jack?! How-- what happened?". Jack chuckled, but ignored the question. "I was hoping that you would give me a lift home, if it wasn't inconvenient for you?". Bridgette sighed and agreed. "Okay, let's go". She placed Jack and the water bottle in her purse, then continued walking to her car.
