Veronica Lodge had recently moved to Riverdale and was pleased to meet a handsome and buff guy on her first night in town. The guy in question was Archie Andrews who seemed to be very popular. He was definitely her kind of guy. She could tell that the attraction was mutual and wasn't in the least surprised when Archie asked her out. She was really looking forward to their date and of course being the envy of many of the girls at school. Even her new friend Betty Cooper.
She was hanging out in the lougue area with Betty and Kevin Keller while drinking a Starbucks latte when she saw saw Archie had over to them. "Hi Archiekins! I am looking forward to tonight. What do you have planned for us?" she asked him with a smile as she sat back in her chair and crossed her legs.
"Hey Ronnie!" Archie said a bit shyly. He had been instantly attracted to the new girl. Since she was from New York, he was a little intimidated by her, and he really wanted to impress her. He had been trying to think of a good place to take her too. "Do you like Italian food? I know of this great place we can go to" he suggested after a moment.
"I love Italian food! That sounds great. Pick me up at 8?" Veronica asked.
"Of course" Archie said.
That evening, Archie arrived at The Pembroke and knocked on the door. The old doorman Smithers let him in. "Hi Archie. You are very punctional" Veronica said with a smile as she came down the stairs to greet him. She was dressed in a black blouse and a grey button skirt. She completed her look by wearing her hair down, had her make-up done all pretty, and a small black clutch purse. Reaching the end of the stars, she made her way over to greet him with a hug. "Lead the way Archiekins" she said with a smile.
Archie led the way out to his car, helped her in, and drove her over to the Italian resturant he had recommended called Giovanni's. After parking, he held the door to the resturant open for Veronica. "Such a gentleman" Veronica said with a smile before walking in. Archie couldn't help but sneak a look at the brunette's backside. He couldnt help but notice that her butt was a little big for a girl for her size. He always had a thing for thicker girls, especially thick Latina girls. Maybe he could help her put on a few pounds and get even curvier.
After being seated a table, the young couple began looking over the menu. "Wow, everything looks really good here" Veronica said after looking over the menu for a few minutes.
"Order whatever you want Ronnie. It's on me" Archie said.
"I am going to get the pepperoni pizza" Veronica said after mulling the menu over for a bit. "What are you going to get?" she asked him.
"I am going to have their gnocchi with tomato sauce" Archie said before their server came over and placed their order.
When the server asked what they wanted to drink, Archie ordered two cokes.
"How did you know that I wanted a coke?" Veronica asked with a soft laugh. "Well both of you are classics so it just made sense" Archie said with a shrug.
The server returned with their drinks quickly. "Cheers to the start of something special" Veronica said with a smile as she raised her glass of coke to Archie's before taking a sip.
Their food came out a short time later. "Wow! This pizza looks so good" Veronica said. She always had a healthy appetite and she was starting to feel really hungry. She eagerly dug into the pizza and ate a couple of slices while chatting with Archie and getting to know him. After drinking a few more sips of coke, she managed to eat two more slices. She was starting to feel a little full and bloated now. "Mm, that pizza was delicious. You picked a good place. I think I am going to have to get the rest of the pizza to go" the brunette said as she moved a hand down to gently pat her bloated belly with one hand. She then took another sip of her coke.
