At the very beginning Darren just saw the head of a small child that looked divinely like Carmen as a child but not exactly the same.
"Oh my god Carmen, what did they do to you in the lab?"
But Darren soon discovered that Carmen's second head quickly grew and became adult looking and almost completely different from Carmen except for the similar skin color, it was the head of a completely different woman, and her and Carmen's position became symmetrical as she grew until the two heads were symmetrically and fairly attached to Carmen's original body, with Carmen on the right and the other head on the left, who would speak first next?
