No Shorts For Phil!

Phil was envious of Lil, Tommy, and Kimi, as they all had their diapers exposed, while he still had to wear shorts. For their parents, this made it easier for their parents to check their diapers and change them if they needed to be changed, and when they started potty-training them, it was easier to take them off. Whenever Betty had to change Phil's diaper, she had to pull down his shorts first. Phil thought that maybe it would be easier if he just kept his shorts off. He decided to take off his shorts, but leave the rest of his clothes on, that way he could be like Lil, Tommy, and Kimi.
