One day, Tommy and Chuckie were playing in the playpen of Tommy's house. Dil was sitting right next to them in his purple prop-up pillow. Dil was very young, and he knew very few words, but one of his favorite words was "Mine!". Anything he saw, he had to get his hands on, and if he didn't, he would cry. Today, that particular focus was on the shirt Tommy was wearing.

"Mine!" Dil said as he grabbed Tommy's shirt. This got both Tommy and Chuckie's attention.

"Look, Tommy! I think Dil likes your shirt." Chuckie said to Tommy.

"Yeah, a little too much." Tommy said as Dil pulled on his shirt.

"Mine!" Dil said, trying to pull Tommy's shirt off.

Does Tommy let Dil wear his shirt?
