Song: The Guests

    by: Goodvibes Author IconMail Icon
...group of spirits who possess others. Apparently Mr. Hallard entertained a group of ectoplasmystics who dallied in his abode. Each night they do their best to contact the other side. Their endeavors however caused a fell curse to pass. For when they left this matter world they were drawn to this house instead of reaching the afterlife.

Or so the rumors and whispers say.

Song, well, she always believed there was a chance at the supernatural world existing, but she had way too many encounters. She was jaded right now,but she still enjoyed these small spots of history. The home was well maintained and Song thought the company that owned the house probably fixed the place for guests. She was about to take her camera out, until she remembered the woman's words.

"I'm gonna make my way to those mystics room and maybe visit the attic or basement." She said to herself. Song continued her walk through the home. She could see glass encased objects, little plaques, and the home gewgaws. Unaware of the various intangibles that floated through the home. They barely gave the woman a second glance, well some of them did, due to her features that most of the others didn't possess.

"Hrmph? A Korean? I don't think this lass isn't from that encased archipelago." One ghost told the other.

"Japan isn't a archipelago, its an island."

"No, if its multiple, its a archipelago."

"Gentleman and woman, please calm yourself, Mr. Hallard is kind enough to give us sanctuary."

A young brunette, or more accurately, a young dead brunette stared at Song. She raised her finger to her head and pointed at Song. She opened her mouth, which in turn relayed Song's surface thoughts. The four ghosts looked at each other in surprise.

"So she wants to see the supernatural right? Why don't we give her a show."

"Do we call the others?"

"No, the rest of our order doesn't have a sense of humor nor do this home's other occupants."

"How about that trumpet, put some little ghost touch that we have?"

The four argued for a moment until they were done. Ideas mixed and pulled together until they resulted in a strange concotive plan which involved the nose of dead clown Senior Sadness. Who was thankfully not dead in this home, though he did have strong ties to it. They believed they had everything in order, all except on what the nose did. True they did want to change the woman into a fool, but they did mixed up a word or two in their speedy session of planning.

While all this happened, Song had just walked out of the kitchen to see the clown nose in front of her. It was a room or two away from her,Song didn't know that though. She grabbed a hold of it.

"I guess...I can keep it?" She spoke. A few whispers and nudges by the ghastly apparitions made Song hold onto the costume piece instead of taking it back to its previous spot.

"She got! How much do you bet she'll put it on now?"

"Bet with what Mavis?"

The ghost bickered while Song continued to look around the home. All while in her hand she carried the bright red nose.

You have the following choices:

1. Song puts the nose on

*Noteb*
2. Song doesn't do it until she's out of the home

*Noteb*
3. Song gains a new audience.

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
