Appearance: He's a very chubby boy with fair skin, black hair, and brown eyes. He wears navy blue shorts and a red shirt that doesn't cover his belly completely.
Personality: He's a gentle giant who loves to eat and grow, but never causes destruction on purpose.
Background: Billy used to be just a normal little boy, but when he was 3 he drank a strange potion that gave him an enormous hunger and made him grow bigger and fatter the more he ate with no upper limit. In two years time, he had grown to his current height of 350 feet, and he's not stopping.
