Appearance: A fair-skinned woman with neck length black hair and golden eyes. She loves to wear extravagant dresses, usually strapless ones that have a nice cleavage window, and open-toed heels.
Personality: Cleo's is very self absorbed and believes wholly that the world should revolve around her. She's arrogant and selfish due to her upbringing and refuses to be told 'no'. All in all she's very unpleasant to be around.
Backstory: Cleo was born in New York to a wealthy family descendant of nobles. Her parents spoiled her rotten by giving her everything she ever wanted and never told her no. Eventually she grew into a spoiled rotten brat that never worked a day in her life. One day though fate would grant her unbelievable power, and she'd turned into a goddess without compare.
Additional Info: Cleo is Godzilla sized at 400ft tall and rules the world with an iron fist. She's even turned New York into her kingdom. She lords over everyone else and occasionally grants requests to those that catch her interest.
