The Entity

The Entity has since prehistoric times changing lives from one form to another. While it possesses intelligence it's not entirely human. It's a hunter by nature, and will stalk its prey for a few days before swapping places with them. The time between its hunts can vary by a large amount. Sometimes it'll spend decades, even an entire lifetime in a body, sometimes a few days. It will not or cannot return to a previous body though. It also takes three swaps to take someone's life. The first one will be for a day, then a week, before becoming permanent.
