You found yourself swallowing a lump in your throat after Com had told this as you replied, "O-Okay...Let him in...."
And so the door to Amicus's room slide open and in fact the muscle gutted older wolf was standing outside of it. You then watched as he walked intot he room while he said, "Hello Marco, how are you today?"
"I'm...fine..." You let out in a slow tune and manner.
"That's good." As the wolf nodded his head. Though when you saw him look down at your hand you saw his head tilt to the side as he went on with, "Oh, but what do you have there in your hand?"
After this was said you lifted up your hand and showed him the pendant before you slowly told him, "I-I found it in a room... Not sure what it does."
"Hmm, is that so? How odd. May I see it for a moment?" The elderly wolf asked, now with his hand stretched out to you.
However when he did this you just stared at the hand for a few seconds as you weren't sure if this was a smart idea. However, due to you two being only the ones in the room right now you figured you had no other choice as you handed him the pendant and looked on as his put it on as the pendant itself was now between his pecs. You then saw him walk over to the mirror that was in Amicus's room, though when he got there you heard him let out a loud gasp which you followed suit as a bright light engulfed the older wolf for a few seconds. And once it had faded you uncovered your eyes and looked over at him.
And while you approached him you asked, "Are you okay?"
"Y-Yes, I'm okay...." The older wolf let out, as you saw him start to remove the Parent like tech coering that was over his eyes. And once he did this you saw him blink a few times and look at himself in the mirror while he added, "This, this is incredible. I can see again like how I used to." You then saw him turn to face you which gave you a look at his face which the scarred eye he had looked fine from what you had expected as the mark on it was the only thing that was across it. And before you knew the older wolf was in front of you and patted your back with a big smile on his face as he kept going, "I'm not sure what this pendant did, but thank you for giving it to me, Marco."
"Y-You're welcome..." You let out, still a bit unsure what just happened as the wolf seemed to have somehow regained his sight and no longer need that tech over his eyes anymore.
However, after he had patted your back you saw him look down at you before he pointed out, "Though now that I can get a much better look at you,m you certainly kind of look like a Simian sibling. But with that said then you don't need to act so slow around me anymore, alright? If you keep doing so then you'll be putting your race to shame."
"Uh, alright.... But um could you please keep this between us? At least until it's decided if whether Amicus or Cassius is going to become Emperor?" You asked, with a worry clear in your voice.
To your surprise you saw the wolf nod his head before he replied, "Yes, that would be the best option for right now. Though now I must return to my room for dinner Good night, Marco."
"Good night Cato." You quietly replied, to which you saw him nod his head at you again.
You then watched as the older muscle gutted wolf walked out of the room. However once he was out in the hallway you saw him face you one more time when he told you, "Oh also when it comes to your gift you gave me I think I'll......
