You finally decided it would be a good idea to go to Olivine City, since you could possibly find a human or a trained Pokemon there who would be able to help you. Trying to find Mew all by yourself would be a very dangerous idea. You needed assistance, and so, going to Olivine City was the best option.
However, as you began walking along the road to the city, you started hearing a bell ringing. You stopped and looked around, wondering if someone was approaching. Soon, you saw something coming out of tall grass nearby: a Miltank! She was smiling, and looking up at the sky as she walked. She was the source of the ringing, since she had a bell on a collar around her neck, so you knew she wasn’t a wild Pokemon. In fact, you remembered seeing a ranch just north of Olivine City, close to where you currently were, here on Route 39. This Pokemon probably lived at the ranch. You wondered why she had been in the tall grass beside the road, but maybe the farmers allowed her to take a walk and roam outside, and she was going back to the ranch now that night was coming.
You always liked Miltank, and thought they were cute and friendly. You wondered if it would be a good idea to get this one’s attention and ask if she could help you find Mew, or carry you to the ranch so you could ask the farmers for help instead. At the same time, the sight of the giant pink cow was scary, and you weren’t sure if you should reveal yourself to a random Pokemon. What if she was mischievous or evil, despite her adorable looks?
The Miltank was still watching the sunset as she walked, and shaking the ground as she came closer. She had no idea a shrunken human was on the road in front of her. You could easily move to the side to let her pass, so there was no risk of being stepped on, but you had to decide whether to get her attention or not.
