Just hearing her stammer and trip over her words, you couldn’t help but smile and giggle at her. She was kind of cute, she seemed so unsure of herself. It’s a bit hard to imagine that this girl has all the power in the world over you. It calmed you, and made you feel confident with your pick for her. She did say that she can’t help you right now, so you are willing to wait.
“Well, i’m much safer with you than being by myself, clearly.” You chuckle to her. “Guess i’m glad staying with you. Thank you Lillie.”
“Y-You’re... W-W-Welcome...” She said a big tint of a blush on her face. You imagine you might be able to make her more relaxed later on, but given your size.
“Oh, wait Lillie can you drop me back off at my hotel room!” You say happily and eager about it. “My Indeedee is in there, and she probably is wondering where I am. She can take care of herself really well, but she really wants to know I imagine.”
“Y-Your Pokemon...” She said as you can see her close her mouth and tighten,
“Yeah, I was going to get her help, but the door was close and... my size.” You chuckle back to her. You are taking your new size much better now that you feel yourself protected by the blonde girl.
“A Pokemon... w-what is it? I’ve never seen an Indeedee! Is it scary, i-is it evil!”
“Evil?” You chuckle back to her. “No she’s nice, a bit playful but nice. She’s a psychic type.”
“Psychic, as in she could put me to sleep with a Move! O-Or lift me in the air with a move!” Clearly she was scared.
“I mean she wouldn’t, like I said she’s nice.”
Lillie thought about it, as you can see a panicked expression on her face. Not only that, but her knees were going around and shaking.
“I-If... If... if you wa... want...”
“You know what Lillie.” You say back to her. “Indeedee is a smart Pokemon she can take care of herself for a night, and she has enough faith in me to not get into trouble for a day. How about we both just relax for today, I really need it. Tomorrow when you get more prepared, we can do it.”
Lillie looked down to you, and sent a smile. “Thank you, i’m not good with new Pokemon... or most Pokemon.”
“You are good with-”
“Pew!”
“Yeah... Pew” You chuckle looking down into the bag at the Pokemon, who clearly wants to go and cuddle you more. “What is she, i’ve never seen a Pokemon like it.”
“O-Oh... It’s a Pokemon called Nebby.” She said. “She knows teleport and has a habit of getting out of the bag.”
“Oh,” You say back to her. “A Nebby? Is that a nickname or the actual name Lillie?”
“N-Nickname...” She didn’t want to tell you too much, she simply brought her palm down. “Yeah it’s a nickname, a-anyway, in the bag.” She lowered her palm to the bottom.
You would of listened and step off. If you didn’t feel yourself hit and pushed by Nebby.
“Pew!” She said as she gave you a hug, cuddling you just like the first time she met you. Lillie of course being concerned as she saw this, as she was in a long panic.
“I’m sorry! Is Nebby hurting you!?” She wondered as you chuckled.
“I’m good Lillie, wow, it really likes me!” You have to say to her with a laugh. “We better get going, or you might be seen as pretty crazy talking to your bag!”
“Oh... oh right I will. Can you please just... tell me if you need anything, literally anything.”
“I’m good Lillie.” With that, the blonde went ahead and closed the bag. Zipping it up as you were still getting hugged.
“Just you and me... huh Nebby.”
“Pew!” It was kind of weird. Even though you were in the dark inside, you could see her bright body. It was like looking into the cosmos, it was really weird. She went ahead and came over to you, bringing her way over and hugging you for a while. You just wore a smile back to her, even patting her. Sure, you were a bit disappointed knowing that you were not going to get your Indeedee’s attention, but it’s okay as long as you are safe with Lillie.
She was scared of Pokemon, that was something you didn’t expect. You would understand, given your size but with her... it was really something. Maybe it’s just growing up in a different place. You grew up in Galar, with your Indeedee by your side. You and your Pokemon got along very well, to a fault. Not only that, you spent a lot of time with your friends in the Wild Area.
Sure you were cautious, but you saw plenty of Pokemon. Still, out of all the Pokemon you saw, you never saw one as weird as Nebby. It was one of those situations that you want to have a Pokedex, just wanting to know.
It took a real long while for Lillie to open the bug. She sat down when she got the chance, breathing in a little bit scared as she opened it. It opened wide, as she peaked inside of the bag.
Seeing a sight that she couldn’t help but find very cute. She went ahead and saw you and Nebby cuddling in the corner. Given how cute the Pokemon was, and your size... it was real hard for Lillie not to go ahead and just gush about it.
“Oh hey Lillie! We here?” You wonder to her as she nodded. You noticed the roof above her head.
She paused for a while, not talking at all.
“You okay Lillie?” You of course go and question her.
“Y-Yes...” She said. “We are here, __________”
