He started walking to the GUN HQ, the organization that Rouge is currently working on. He sometimes went there out of curiousity but they didnt let him stay much. However this time he wasnt going there for the organization in general, he was targeting Rouge.

"I tease you sometimes because its funny to see your reactions Tails. But your still young to be with me"She said when he confronted her about it. Now she will suffer the consequences.
He hid in a bush at the entrance as he noticed the door opening and someone was leaving. That someone was non other than Rouge and he watched her as she streches. "Ah so good to have a break"She said as she flew away most likely to her apartment. Tails followed her in secret and was ready to make his plan. Soon she flew down to an alleyway that was beside her apartment and Tails went down a bit far from her but enough to take aim with his device targetting Rouge. "Say goodbye for now Rouge"He thought with an evil smile as he fired it.
