Everyone needs to go to the bathroom But what happens when they need a bathroom badly yet they can't even a place to pee?

Some kids exaggerate when they say they gonna burst if they can't pee on time.
And other times kids really can't hold it in, But what happens when the kids goes beyond the limit that their bladder and start to GROW with their little bodies expanding trying to hold it in.

One Thing is for sure, There no toilet big enough for Children Growing Desire to pee as well growing taller than a building
How long till the rivers lakes and cities are flooded by their yellow fluids?
