Thomas gains and Eli gets stronger.

It all started one weekend Morning, it was 11:30 and Thomas was just waking up, ( he always did wake up late).hungry he headed downstairs for some breakfast.
Eli was in his gym gear about to head off.

“Good morning son” Eli said happily “ what are you going to do today then?”

“I don’t know dad, I just got up” Thomas said sleepily.

“ ah well I’m just about to go to the gym, is there anything I can make you before I go?” Eli asked

“Na dad I’m old enough to make myself something” Thomas replied

Thomas went to the cupboard and took out the Nutella jar. He tried his hardest to open it, at his stained face is dad said “ let me?” As he took the jar and opened it with ease

Thomas looked at his dad in his tight gym gear most of his body could he made out, he was so large and muscular. His chest came from out his shoulders wide, his arms large and powerful. His abs faintly visible beneath the fabric.

“How come your so much bigger and taller than me!” Thomas said annoyed as he pouted

“Well it’s because I made myself this way, I eat loads and am active, it’s simply about getting more calories in and you will get bigger. But you don’t need to be worried about fitness at your age, now eat your Nutella” he said hugging his son comfortingly, as he gave him a kiss on the forehead. “I need to go now”

“Goodbye dad” Thomas said a little happier

“See you later son” Eli said leaving



Thomas thought to himself.
