In the late afternoon, Mick got back home to his room after another exhausting day of school. As Mick opened up the door and got ready to head upstairs he noticed a package sitting to the side marked with his name.
No expecting a package, Mick was confused but he took it upstairs anyway and after dropping his bag and jacket where they belong he decided to take a look.
Inside the package was only a remote and a note. It didn't look like just any remote however with the button configuration being a bit different. Most of the buttons were aligned to vaguely resemble a human body with the buttons marking each body part. There were also buttons off to the side with different markings like life, personality, etc.
The note however clarified a bit, it read: Hello Mick. You do not know us, but we know about you and have selected you to test our latest invention. It is one of a kind and we thought someone like you would be perfect to test it's capabilities. Speaking of which, the remote included in the package is no normal remote, it is a trait swapping remote. You can either set it to swap you with someone, or to swap two other people and whenever you press a button, the corresponding trait will be swapped. There is also an undo and reset button in case you need them, but they will only work for swaps within 24 hours, any swaps longer than that need to be swapped back manually.
We should also mention there is a reality setting which allows you to set whomever can notice the swap, by default only you will be aware.

"It may be worth a try though, could be interesting." He then thought to himself reading the instructions carefully.
