Lien-Da the Echidna: One of the Echidnas aligned with Robotnik's interests, Lien-Da is a vain, sadistic individual and Grandmaster under the Eggman Empire. She cares only for her own personal gain, and less obviously, the welfare of her people. She's prone to insult, but also enjoys mocking her opponents. She is very adept at combat, and has electrical powers due to cybernetic enhancements.
(Bride of the) Conquering Storm: The ruthless leader of the Raiju Clan, Conquering Storm is a serious, prideful lynx. She disdains weakness, whether physical, mental, or emotional. She is very terse when she speaks, and only holds extended conversation when talking about something important.
Overall, neither of them are the friendliest people, nor are they the first ones you want to see at a diminutive height. Lien-Da, especially, would probably have something bad in store for you (for her own amusment, of course).
