Naruto was a man on a mission. He had snuck into the files that listed where his sensei lived, and was currently on his way to said apartment with the intention of teaching him a lesson. He was always late, and was just so immature! Team seven had finally had enough of it, and had a plan of how to fix it. Sasuke had done his part in subtlety checking the size of Kakashi's clothing while they were sparring. Sakura had done her part, picking up the clothes and supplies needed, and he'd done his, in finding his address. Now it was time to officially put the plan in motion.
Naruto approached the door, sending the signal to his hidden teammates that the plan was a go. He swiftly picked the lock and entered the apartment. He was ready for just about anything, but the loud, broken sobs that met has ears were not one of them. He looked to where he knew his companions were hiding, and signaled for them go come out. Together they hesitantly went to the room that the sobs were coming from. They were prepared for a great many number of possibilities, but seeing their sensei sobbing his heart out, sitting on a soaked mattress that reeked of urine was not even remotely close to being on that list, and yet here they were, confronted by that exact situation.
Looking over to his two companions, he nodded. Sasuke immediately started casting a powerful ninjutsu that restricted Kakashi's movements as Sakura dug through the bags, pulling out the needed items.
Kakashi felt it immediately. The weakening of his muscle control and movements. That meant someone was here! He tried to look and see who it was, but the jutsu was terribly strong, so all he could do was do his best to stop crying and face whoever was there the best he could like this. He could only blink as his team came into view. He felt like crying again. How could he have let them see him so weak? He was supposed to stay strong, but now there's no way his students would ever look at him the same!
A stray tear streaked down his cheek, only to be gently wiped away by a surprisingly soft hand, belonging to none other than Naruto himself. "Shh, calm down. It's okay, we'll take care of it, everything's gonna be okay… Here, let's go get you all cleaned up, 'kay? Then we can make you some yummy breakfast! It's all gonna be okay bubba." Kakashi practically melted into the warm touch of Naruto's hand against his face. A soft smile graced Naruto's face as he carefully lifted Kakashi from his soiled mattress.
"Sasuke would you please help Sakura with the bedding and bring me the supplies when you're done? I'm gonna have a shadow clone making breakfast for us." He got an affirmative 'hn' in response, and immediately set off for the bathroom. He'd soon located it, and started running the bath while he made two shadow clones, one to put the soiled clothes in the wash and one to start breakfast. By the time the water had reached an acceptable temperature and had filled the tub Kakashi had stopped crying, but was sitting where the clone had left him propped against the wall, thoroughly embarrassed.
The bath was short, but Kakashi couldn't have been more grateful for that. He wanted to be dressed and hope that this was all some sort of twisted nightmare. When Kakashi caught sight of the clothes that Sasuke had brought for him, he turned brighter red, and squirmed to the best of his ability. Naruto, who had just finished draining the tub, cooed down at him as he diapered up the embarrassed baby in front of him (he had lost the right to be called a proper man a long time ago in Naruto's eyes). Once he was satisfied with the diaper, Naruto worked on getting Kakashi into a pale blue jumper.
The two soon joined Sakura and Sasuke in the dining room as they waited on Naruto's clone to finish breakfast. It was a simple but delicious meal. He had made onigiri, soft-boiled eggs, sautéd fish, and some sliced tomatoes for Sasuke. Kakashi was taken aback by just how good the food smelled. He could feel his mouth salivating at just how good it looked. Naruto caught the look on his face, and bit back a snicker at just how truly childish he looked at the moment.
Breakfast was a relatively quiet event, the only sounds coming from Kakashi who had been trying and failing to feed himself until Naruto took pity on him and fed the silver-haired male.
Naruto was the first one to speak after all of the dishes had been cleaned and properly put away. "Listen here 'Kashi, I'm gonna give you two choices, and you're gonna listen to me. We're going to Sasuke's house, which is where we'll all be spending our two month break. You can either be carried by me and we'll take the route through the forest, or we'll release the ninjutsu enough for you to walk, and only to walk, until we get to Sasuke's, but you'll have to go through the village dressed as you are." Naruto's arms were crossed over his chest, smile wiped from his face, showing just his serious he was. Kakashi gulped. No matter what be picked he'd be embarrassed either way. Slowly he nodded his head, acknowledging that he understood, but hadn't decided on his answer yet.
