Naruto and Hinata have a Polyamory relationship. Which is where Hanabi comes in. Sense Hinata and Naruto got married Naruto had been hitting it of with Hanabi. Hinata knew this and even helped her sister with her first time having sex with Naruto. However the three of them are now shopping for Hanabi's new life which well now contact of diapers, cribs, changing, feeding, etc.

"Hanabi let's get you changed." Hinata said as she pulled out a pink diaper. As Hanabi got changed the first thing she noticed was the thickness of the diaper between her legs which forced them apart a bit.
"So what should we do first mommy?" Hanabi asked "well I suppose we can....".
