Sasuke takes a while, but comes to the leaf

It was months as Naruto was stewing on his plan to make Sasuke the biggest baby in the village but finally after a long wait Sasuke walked through the village gate and immediately he was sedated by ANBU and sent to Naruto who sealed off his chakra so that he cannot fight back against his punishment with his chakra
Once all this was done he called for Sakura and Serada to come to his office so his ANBU went and informed them that the Hokage summoned them to his office not too much longer after his summons they arrived with a confused expression that was until they saw Sasuke on the floor fast asleep after being heavily sedated
"I have the new baby for your family since he cannot act like an adult and acts like a immature brat who throws a tantrum when things don't go his way or aren't to his liking, so as we have all discussed with the approval of the council Sasuke is going to be a baby so I am going to have you two get his new supplies for Sasuke since he is going to be your baby" Naruto says
