Of Black/African Decent

Now i know their are countless cultures of one race or ethnicity so i'm going to go ahead and thank an early on chapter like this to allow for different options within the same ethnicity.

Now this could be someone of African decent living somewhere in the United States, or an African country.

Let's try to start with these locations as to focus on the culture of that race living in the USA where i am from originally from or the ethnicity country of origin so we can focus on that particular way of life itself.
