Lavender missed spending time with her Ron but it became clear to her that Ron was at a loss not having his close friends with him and all he wanted to do was eat his problems away. While she liked it when Ron would eat anything she gave him now he didn't even pay attention to her anymore.
Lavendar scouted the Great Hall for Ron knowing that if he was anywhere he would be here. As her eyes scanned the tables she caught a hint a red and as she focused her sight he saw Ron fiery hair and Ron sitting at a table, currently eating a chicken leg. Lavender took a deep breath and walked over to her soon to be ex-boyfriend. Ron didn't even look towards till she was right in front of him. Lavender could tell his clothes seemed a little more filled out than the last time they were together.
"What is it Lavender" Ron said with his mouth full of food.
Lavender just sighed at Ron gross behavior. "I think its time for us to break up".
Ron froze and then swallowed the food in his mouth. "What" Ron said shocked.
"Its.... its just not working out I'm sorry" Lavender said as she then tried to flee the scene so the conversation didn't have to keep dragging on.
"Wait!" Ron shouted, as he got up from his seat. Lavender looked back as they two of them locked eyes. "Can't we work this out..." Ron asked desperately.
"I'm sorry" Lavender breathed out before walking away leaving Ron alone. Who then went back to his seat and started miserably eating his chicken.
