Blake Belladonna was upset at her friends. She knows that Weiss is trying, but saying that she likes Blake EVEN THOUGH she's a faunus didn't make her feel all that more welcomed. It was probably immature to sit around pouting in the library all day, but she needed the quite. It helped that she found a new interesting book to pass the time.
The Book of Reality seemed like a stupid prank. It promised that writing anything in it would change the world anyway she wanted but she never believed in fairy tails. Still there was something fascinating about it, namely that it had no library sticker. She could just take it and no one would care... So she did.
When she got back to her dorm she had the pleasant surprise of a large amount of fish prepared for her.
"It's an apology." Weiss said as Blake walk in the room "I'm don't know what about what I told you made you so upset but I'm still sorry."
Blake gave her a quick "All is forgiven," and dived into the pile of food.
Later in the afternoon Ruby returned from walking Zwei and Yang got back from the gym. Of course with the return of the demon Blake had retreated to her bed, where it was safe. All of her teammates gave a quick laugh at this much to her dismay. Then she remembered that she had the Book.
It probably didn't work, just some prank someone left in the library but she could still try it. Hiding beneth her blankets, (Which despite the mockery of her team she still insisted was safe) She took out a pen and began writing in the book.
My team won't make fun of me because of my fear of dogs.
The second she placed the period on the paper the giggles stopped and she heard Ruby trying to sound stern as she told Zwei not to bother Blake. Blake peeked her head out of the covers.
"Hey Kitty Cat, its fine. We can put Zwei in the bathroom or something if you want." Yang told her as she rubbed Blake's ears.
Despite herself Blake started purring at the touch. Not only because it did indeed feel damn good to be pet, but because she always liked Yang. Yang had unfortunately informed her that she wasn't into other girls, but Blake had the book.
'Oh now I'm being ridiculous.' Blake thought to herself 'They're just nice to me, even Weiss put in the effort to make sure we weren't feuding. Then again I could test it with something bigger...'
