Yang already knew what was up but to avoid suspicion she had to be, well herself and in a situation like this there really only was one thing she'd say.
"Let's go question her then, it should be fun!" Yang said excitingly.
"I guess we can, but try not to antagonize her Yang!" Blake told her.
"Who me?!" Yang did her best to look innocent.
"Guys this is serious, what if Weiss isn't feeling well?" Ruby asked.
"I'm sure once she explains it all will become clear!" Yang assured.
"Right, let's go!" Ruby said, the three of them went to find Weiss but as it turned out she came in, and went to her side of the room to get ready for the date.
"Or she can come to us, Weiss!" Ruby said, Weiss turned to her.
"I'm getting ready for my date with Jaune later what is it?" Weiss asked.
"We want to know what gives." Blake said, "you made it clear you weren't interested in Jaune, so why go out with him?"
"I realize what a lapse of judgment I've made." Weiss said with a blush, "I took the time to notice how handsome and caring he is."
"Pod person." Ruby whispered.
"I still don't get what changed." Blake mentioned curiously.
"I told you, it just came to me, I wish I can explain it." Weiss sighed, "I just know he's someone I want to be with."
"So suddenly?!" Ruby asked, "Weiss you even said I never want to date him ever, I should know, I heard you say this every day."
"Like I said, I made a lapse of judgment, now I think differently, and hopefully all goes well so we can go steady and be together forever!" Weiss said happily.
"Maybe Ruby is on to something with the pod person theory." Blake muttered quietly. Yang was doing her best to contain her laughter, as Ruby and Blake question her further she needed to ask questions herself or look suspicious, then again she can use this pod person or alien idea to her advantage, or maybe she can find other people to mess with.
