1.) Eggman releases a virus into the air that makes anyone who's not him, Orbot, or Cubot ridiculously horny. It even mods certain robots to have fuckable parts. With everyone too interested in fucking to stop him, his plans can go umimpeded... Except he's curious. He decides to go host a 'nature show' of sorts. If nothing else, it'll give him material to humiliate the heroes and his minions forever if they manage to cure themselves.
2.) Bowser comes to Eggman with a problem, hoping science can reverse what magic couldn't. Bowser put on the Super Crown and became Bowsette... except even after removing the Crown, he's still Bowsette. She wants to be Bowser again and is hoping Eggman could help... except Eggman becomes instantly smitten with Bowsette the moment he sees her...
3.) Eggman starts providing tremendous amounts of food for everyone in Mobius! Especially his enemies! Food laced with undetectable appetite stimulants and LOTS of fattening goodness...
4.) Eggman uses the Phantom Ruby for himself instead of Infinite. He accidentally turns Mobius into a high fantasy adventure world with low tech, himself as a sorcerer, and his robots as Mobian servants...
