Megagirl gritted her teeth. As much as she wanted to pursue the fleeing criminals and stop them from causing more mayhem, there were more pressing matters at hand.
If she didn't act quickly then dozens of innocent people were going to burn to death.
Much of the people inside had already cleared out at the first sign of fire, but many were still trapped inside.
"Don't be alarmed, citizens, I'll find a way to put out this fire!" she called out, but even then she was beginning to have doubts on how she was going to accomplish it.
The flames were spreading quickly and she could hear the panicked, anguished screams of the trapped.
She pounded her fist into her palm, which sent out a shockwave of sound like the crack of a whip.
"I've got it! I know exactly what to do! I'll just..."
