The sisters of the Orders Hospitaller provide a most invaluable service to the fighting forces of the Imperium: Theirs is the duty to administer medical attention to those in need of it, that they may live to serve the God-Emperor another day and give their lives more meaningfully in His name.

Our focus today is upon one Sister Merecia Agatheri: A novice medicae of the Orders Hospitaller, attached to the Corax 454th regiment of the Imperial Guard as they fight in the name of He on the Throne.

The past few weeks have been relatively uneventful for Sister Merecia, far from the frontlines as she is. But that is due to change in a most unexpected way...

Option 1: Sister Merecia notices a strange trend among the guardsmen and women in her care: A sizable portion of them seem to be gaining weight with each passing night, and without any explanation as to why.

Option 2: A group of Slaaneshi cultists have broken through the Imperium's ranks and managed to reach Sister Merecia's field hospital. Though she puts up a valourous fight, she finds herself at the mercy of the debauched hedonists of She Who Thirsts...
