When the zombie apocalypse first started, Clementine was just a young girl with some bladder issues. Over the years, her issues went untreated and by the time she was 20, she had become fully incontinent. Even so, she'd joined several survivor groups and while they would always crumble or get killed, Clem would always come out alive and kicking. Even with a thick diaper strapped to her waist, she'd find a way to fight back and survive in this world.
When Clem was younger she was able to find diapers for her condition fairly easily, but now as an adult its getting harder and harder. She was on her own, and while her food and water supply was fine for the moment, her diaper stash was getting low and she was going to need a change soon. Clementine had gotten used to staying in the diaper for long periods of time, to preserve her diaper supply. Luckily walkers didn't seem very attracted by the smell of a dirty diaper, so Clem didn't have to worry about them.
