How about this for a scenario?
The Mom:
Sophia- Very tall, strong and elegant (which makes her all the funnier when she is humiliated!). Bright blue eyes, long brown hair, pale skin, likes to wear skirts a lot. A bit of an athletic build, she works out and does yoga often. Loves nothing more than to humiliate her son, Peter, who she keeps as a diaper-boy 24/7. Sophia has very large breasts which, thanks to special pills she takes,always produce tasty and hyper-nutritious milk. This breast milk is the only thing she allows Pete to eat or drink most of the time. She's a strong and dominant lady, very prideful, very haughty, a bit on the arrogant side too. She is quite popular among the ladies of the neighborhood and even convinced other women to keep one or two of their kids in diapers for humiliating fun too.
The Son:
Peter- Often goes by "Pete", he is a teenage boy, although you would not guess it since he is short and scrawny. He has black messy hair, blue eyes, and very pale skin, almost ghostly white. Pete is forced to wear diapers 24/7, and is not allowed to wear anything other than his diaper around the house. Has a small penis that orgasms at the slightest touch, it drips cum in his diaper all the time. hen his mom gets tired of dealing with it she puts Pete in a chastity cage for a few hours. Pete has no bladder control and wets his diaper all the time, also has poor bowel control and doesn't always make it to the potty (He isn't allowed to use a toilet like his mom or his sister, he has to use oversized plastic potty chairs). Pete is weak, sensitive, cries easily, and lives a life of constant humiliation for his mother's amusement. When he is a good boy he is allowed to visit his designated girlfriend, Kay, a diaper-girl and daughter of his mother's friend. Kay is also kept in diapers and if both she and Pete are good they are allowed to have sex while supervised by their mothers.
Other characters (you can add more if you want)
1. Sandy- Pete's older sister. Has a mean streak, loves to humiliate and bully little Pete. Long brown hair with coppery streaks, likes wearing skirts like her mom. Cruel and cunning.
2. Kay- A teenage diaper girl and Pete's designated girlfriend. Has a petite, childish figure with small breasts, pale skin but not as pale as Pete's, with dark red hair. Wears diapers 24/7 and often little else. Like Pete, she is easily sexually stimulated, is forced to wear a chastity device if her mother gets tired of cleaning her sexual juices in her diapers. Often smells like poop, she is mostly incontinent. Like Pete, she is totally dependent on her mother's breast milk.
3. Crystal- Kay's mother, a tall strong woman who does Yoga with Sophia. Keeps her daughter Kay in diapers, even more of a sadist than Sophia is. Would humiliate Sophia if given the opportunity.
