Dipper's body began to expand like a balloon, his limbs retracting into his round stomach, as did his head, and all of his limbs as he filled up with helium. He tried to call down for his sister to stop, but his mouth was stuck to the tube, and Mabel just watched as he floated up in the air while still hooked up, growing bigger and bigger and BIGGER!
"Yeah, now you're really a big bro! And only getting bigger!" Mabel excitedly shouted, jumping up and down while hearing Dipper's body creak and groan with the sounds of discomfort, he was quickly reaching his limit... Or at least, that's what it felt like. He was growing even bigger than Mabel, skin stretched out to absurd proportions, head buried deep underneath his rotund body, a perfectly spherical baby boy.
