Lucy, like her best friend Angie, is a very average nobody.
She's quite a bit taller and bustier than her, though, she might lack the little cuteness.
Personality:
Lucy is pretty much what you would expect from an outcast goth girl.
If Angie is the nice, nerdy girl of the duo, Lucy is the rebel and less faint-hearted one.
Lucy, like her bestie, is an outcast with not many friends, to say the least.
A major difference between Lucy and Angie being in the attitude about it. Lucy being more combative and way more daring than her too kind and naive seemingly defenseless best friend.
Lucy being an invisible girl like Angie, decide to create herself an identity by turning gothic years ago.
Though, it never helped her being more popular or appreciated among people at school, far from it.
Lucy, unlike Angie, is not extremely smart, without being stupid either.
She's a geek in her own tomboyish way, but isn't a particularly high-ranked student.
But if Angie is the big brain, smartest one, Lucy, because she isn't as naive and innocent than her friend, is probably the most cunning one faced to some unexpected situation. Lucy having social intelligence that Angie may lack.
The other side of the coin for the goth girl is that she's not the best at thinking before acting as Lucy is less fearful, but also less careful about her deeds. It can lead to source of conflict with Angie being, at the opposite, way more careful of consequences but also coward about things.
Lucy's envy (or jealousy) towards other girls' popularity and physics might be more apparent and less restrained than Angie's.
Lucy can be reckless and doesn't share the high moral of her friend, while not being evil or a bad person by nature.
To share the "Dungeon & Dragon" metaphor, Lucy would be your "Chaotic good" girl (maybe "Chaotic neutral" on times...)
Lucy is noticeably a lesbian.
And Lucy often sees Angie as "more than a friend"... Though, she never assumed so far this side of her, and never told to Angie her sexual orientation nor her actraction to her, probably by fear of her reaction and fear of being rejected and loosing a friend because of awkward feelings, Angie being heterosexual.
Though, several characters gets hint of Lucy's lesbianism, Angie is pretty clueless about it.
Lucy has a twin-sister, Laura. But Lucy isn't much in good terms with her... Personality and choice of life issues...
