Zach was there, wearing next to nothing as usual, sitting on the couch watching television. Frankly Dean was surprised to his brother awake. Zach had his computer open, Dean hoped perhaps he was looking for a job, he had hoped. As much as he wanted to help his little brother out, he didn't have the time recently.
"Sup, bro?" Zach said as he saw his older brother stumble out of the room. Dean groaned in response, from his hangover and knowing he was running late.
Zach got up and walked over to his brother, as if to say or do something important. He gave his brother's little budding belly a shake. Dean was still pretty solid with muscle but there was some slight movement when he shook his brother's bloated gut. Dean shook Zach off of him. "Stop that, what are you doing?"
"Woah, when did that happen?" Zach replied. He was used to Dean being an obsessive gym rat and being told he was a lazy slob. Zach wasn't the trimmest either but given the lectures from his brother about health and nutrition and the gym it all seemed a bit ironic.
"It's nothing, I've just been too busy for the gym recently," Dean replied defensively. "Anyways I've got to get going to work."
Zach just shrugged. He peered into Dean's room as he went into the bathroom to shower and saw the leftover containers. He smiled, knowing his brother was trying to hide his bad eating habits out of fear of being seen as a hypocrite. As he was in his brothers room, he saw his phone ringing. It was Dean's office. Zach figured it was probably important, so he answered it.
"Hello?" Zach answered, not knowing what else to say. Maybe they'd think he was Dean. Zach had a lower voice but it wasn't that different.
It was Dean's boss, Erica Danvers. "Dean," she began. Zach was right, she thought it was his brother on the phone. "I need you to come in right away..."
