“Wait. I’m not exactly sure how this romantic stuff actually works. So I’m not sure if I want to jump the gun, as they say. How about a date together?” You suggested.
“Oh! Sure. I love a date with you.” Kurumu said.
“Cool.” You smiled.
“Though, I’m curious. How come you hardly know what love, or any human feeling, is?” Kurumu asked in curiosity.
“Well, the thing is, I’m not a monster, but I’m only half human. As for the other half, I’m a demon.” You explained.
“A demon!? For real?!” Kurumu yelled as she was surprised.
“Yep. I’m a Dekura. We fight our enemies by having their minds be damned by their worse nightmares. In other words, it’s, literally, a living hell.” You said.
“Wow!” Kurumu said.
“After that, we feed on their fear. The only reason I hardly feel this was is because I only let out the feeling of fear. Nothing else. Although, I think I’m starting to develop them from my mother’s side. She’s the human and my father’s the demon.” You said.
“So, you’re a hybrid?” Kurumu figured.
“Exactly.” You said.
“Amazing! Well, got to go. Bye!” Kurumu said before kissing you on the cheek and left.
“Yeah. See ya.” You said holding on to your cheek with a smile.
