Alternative Sentencing: A vicious criminal's horrible actions have placed him in a special program supposedly focused on "rehabiliation" as part of what seems to be a surprisingly light sentence. He quickly finds that the experimental program's all punishment, and that he's actually been doomed to a fate so horrible, so frilly, that he would rather have been given the electric chair. (Extreme forced drag/sissification)
